Network in unity handles only a few players (3 or 4) correctly. For more players and a high quality network there is nothing, server must be written from scratch (and for everything : scripts reading, physics, voip...). So it's like there is nothing.

The best looking game on Unity probably is "Interstellar Marines", the best-looking game on Unreal is...really hard to pick. However, it's not only about looks. Minotaur China Shop (or whatever it was called) was a blast to play and required no installation other than the Unity player. So I'd go with what Sigma says. Unity is really handy for webbased games, but Unreal has better overall features.
