I'd recommend not doing this. Ebay has already been tipped off, and you more then likely will be fined if you try and use this scam.

indeed its not a scam... but if the buying customer complains about it (dont think he knew you can make lvl 130 char with full super +9 2 sock -7 hp 255 in 1 min) the ebay won't let you sell anymore
