Excluding all the insults, this guy is right.
You're promoting people to donate, and the nostalgic aspect of the game is disappearing due to the pay2win features - whether if it's silk pets (attack, pick up, and job!!) or premium, avatars with magic options, and what not.
Telling people to participate in such "real life information" giveaways like that weird share event is just useless.
Perhaps you should provide alternative ways to get silk for free, and fair by all. (silk/hr or silk/quest)
I also understand that you need money to keep the server alive, but the above wont harm you at all since people will donate anyways. The rest are just excuses - I already read a few conversations on Discord to understand that you're going way too far with making the game hella pay2win.

There's a millions of private server out there but you guys are obsessed about Sagaroad Online. We have a small community right now and everyone of us having fun. And everyone is okay with silk & item mall prices. If you do not like it, just do not play. But insulting us is bad-bad.

So, if you don't like it, just don't play it. There are people in our server and they enjoy. Everyone can reach our server features before playing or downloading it, we're not holding anyone in our server by force. You're free to choose where you play.
