Step 1 go get a free template from somewhere
Step 2 Make sure you have a gfx editing program (such as Photoshop or Paint shop)
Step 3 Edit all the GFX in the folder untill it suits you
Step 4 Make a banner (there are tutorials and stuff all over the web. In this case google is truely your friend)

install xammp but files in c:/xammps/htdocs then type localhost in url

How do I use this with MYSQL? sorry im not that good.

Download Navicat and Use it.. Default Username and Password is Root and there is no Pass.

Can you give me a step by step guide on how to create a website using these files? Ok so I downloaded navicat and what...?
