It's the Jose Canseco format boys. I too have been around since most of you were shitting in diapers or before.
It's like this. If you are involved in a multi-billion dollar industry as long as you are viable, can create a draw, they don't give a fuck what you do. They will literally let these guys cheat because every one of you butt licking disciples will run out and spend 1000's of dollars a year trying to emulate them. As long as Jose Canseco was selling hot dogs, jerseys and putting butts in the seat they literally provided the roids so he could create the draw with his 'personailty.' Shroud, Ninja whoever, they all hack and know exactly when the ban waves will wash over the rest. Fucking game devs probably create their cheats so the 'persona' is fulfilled and all is well in their pocketbooks. If that happens to kick down Shroud or <insert hero> then so be it, the cycle continues.
Now if he got caught red-handed or become a persona non-grata in the public (followers) eye he would be kicked from the inner circle, hack permissions revoked and be forced to write a tell-all book about it to survive the lifestyle he has become accustomed to. Just like Jose....
