Yeah it does, but it shouldn't.
Because in some cases, there are people who joined back in 2005 but have like 47 post and 2 thanks, and then there are people who joined late 2009 and have 2.5k posts and 1k thanks and the joiner of 2005 will have more stars because of his join date, when its clear that the joiner of 2009 is waaay better than him epvp wise.

There, I knew I'm not the only one noticing the fact that like 70% of the final star grade is determined by the join date
