He told me, that he is winning (I mean that was many weeks ago) all the disputes because on his ToS he is writing that no one can charge theire money back. This is a very smart move, but his websites told too that this is a smart AI so, I'm happy that you won that! He got over hundred euros for this sh!t bot.

You should provide evidence for something you're talking about.

Instead of asking for help, you chargebacked.

I read it but I was hoping he would atleast patch it smart, but I dont rly think something will happen.

He gets money from stupid guys, and that's why he never will change anything. If there is outside one guy which buy the bot, he will do nothing. Creating a smart AI is very hard, but not impossible, and easier as he think. But he is using "AutoIt" for his "AI" (it's a script "language") and that is like: "First I do ...., after that I do .." and that's the slowest and worst method to program something.
He just ask in a area if there is some red pixel, waiting for the result, and after the result he is doing other stuff. That isn't smart. It's like:
- checking for red tower, if red tower found: click back, if not red tower found: click forward
Exactly that is, what he is doing, but if he just wait for the results to start with the next one, he will fail to create a smart AI.

It is at the moment free to use (3 trial days), with daily updates. It does up to 12 kills and with luck a pentakill in one game. I have in SummonersRift (5v5) scores like 7-0 or 5-2-10, but with "LeagueBotNet" your stats looks like 0-10-0 with only 10 cs.

I don't want that people waste their money. I'm developing my own bot too and after 4 days, the AI is smarter than the LeagueBotNet AI is. What I try to say is: it isn't hard to make a good working AI, but he is too lazy to use his brain, and sell a unfinished and bad bot.
