Its the lucky ! I Wasted with one character 1 db and i won nothing! I wasted a 1 db with other character,other day, and i won +8 shield, elite socket robe etc.. and after 1 year i decided to go at lotto again and i won a elite sock coat and necklace but i wasted more that 2 dbs!so... depends on the lucky!
