Please excuse me for asking...Ive never used the RappelzCommandLauncher before....how do I add the arguments? I made a .bat file like this:
RappelzCmdLauncher.exe sframe.exe /auth_ip:127.0.0.1 /auth_port:4500 /use_nprotect:0 /locale:ASCII /country:US /cash /commercial_shop
and started the .bat as administrator..but nothing happened (rappelzCmdLauncher.exe is in the Rappelz folder). Did I make a mis-step?

Probably 1 or 2
Stamina saver just makes you conserve stamina while you are on it so no you still conserve stamina and earn 2x the base experience rate as a stamina bonus.
Growth pot just makes you earn a multiple of experience over the base rate so no still working the same as it does on retail.
Both differences you are probably noticing are due to the base experience rate being higher.

- yes but nah - already was set to 1. with all the 9.x Servers leveling is too fast imho. Though i have not been on official since 9.2....

Server is running, but normal method tamed pets will not go into the creature formation lineup nor can any pet be staged. Can insert tamed creatures by console commands and those can be put into formation...but a regular method of taming a creature (for me) doesn't work.
