If they are getting sued why would they not?
It would make no sense to be sued, and go down with out doing something
If everyone had server files to open, joymax would loose alot of profit.Even more with files that are up-to-date.

Cole i agree wit u..
lets think for a bit..

if joymax release pserver files than no one would want 2 play on their server..
why would they spend time trying 2 get good when they can just make their own server and make a better acc..(thats my opp) but... who knows.. ^.^

and im stil wondering.. Ecsro and Swsro are those 2 coming back? or not..?

Whats up peeps. i just had the thought that ecsro could release server files in retaliation, but doing so or not doing so wouldnt matter to ecsro anyway, they are still getting sued. only chance of ecsro coming back is if they release files now, wait till theres 50+ servers, then come back and have to actually compete and earn their money. by that time i dont think joymax will bother sueing. but you never know.

Well if they use an emulator they wouldnt have these problems :P. The issue is they are using gaymaxs Server Files which they stole, so all the current servers are screwed if I am right.

If you create your own client while modding out their names and copyrights, you are safe. Packet Sniffing and Botting arent legally illegal
