Does anyone know how to increase the maximum of rupy on silk?
I am limited to 99,999,999 ruppe & I would like the past to 999,999,999

if you mean the maximum 99b rupees , you would need to either hex the gameserver "herlock" or use the source code. haven't done this but seen people do it in older posts.

You can change that limit in GameRule.h by updating these 2 constants.

that's the path : Rappelz_Source\program\server\GameServer\Game\Rule \

I noticed that a lot are thinking of doing and doing with the source ..you guys better think about upgrading it from 9.2 to 9.5.2 then think about your own creative changements

Can you look at your SMP in Telecaster and make sure it looks something like this?

For some reason the code you posted has @OUT inside of it which would cause it to fail.
