No he won't. He'll just start another private server and thats it. But now insted of ocean he'll be anonymous so joymax wouldn't track him xD

just so he can possibly get caught and spend years in jail , i don't think so. Oceans not a genious that can make himself untracable, they can even report to his website host or dedicated server host that hes commiting illegal actions , they can report his Ip and close his servers/website down and track him by using his ip.

JOYMAX CO., LTD. v. GRZEGORZ GRYCUK, ET AL.
CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA (SANTA ANA)

FILED: 12/08/2009

The misappropriation of trade secrets, in one form or another, is often the motivation for unauthorized access, hacking, or theft in the business environment. This is nothing new. Stealing business plans and trade secrets of US companies has been a standard business practice for summer clerks and interns from other countries. This case is a reminder that protecting your trade secrets as a business is a critical function and contracts with employees and contractors can go a long way in establishing legal protections against misappropriation.

I think that when they said $10 mils, they meant on the global development of every single game joymax is hosting.
And that is:
Silkroad Online
Darkeden Online
Deco Online

10 million $ isn't much

BUT WTF??? Source code? :D Thats impossible. If ocean had source code he could do sooo much. Now he just had crappy servers.
