Using my country as an example:
I am from Brazil. When joymax time is 00:00 here is 12:00, the exp bar get reset, so let's imagine that you login you account 12:00 and you stay 8 hour in the game getting your 100% yellow exp bar. Right? Ok at 20:00 yellow bar will finish and you will get the 50% red bar for more 4 hours, it will finish at 00:00. Did it finish? No, just stay logged all the night and when it's 08:00 you will get another yellow bar (100% exp) till 12:00 :)
It means if you stay 24/7 logged:
Yellow 100% 8 hour exp bar
Red 50% 4 hour exp bar
Yellow 100% 100% 4 hour exp bar (extra)
If you get DC while logged in the game, you need to back fast because if you stay offline (trying to login or something else), it will delay your "bar receiving"
Supposing that you log at 12:00 and got offline at 15:00 to 17:00, you lost 2 hours, right? So your yellow bar will charge not at 20:00, but at 22:00, then your red bar will comes, and will finish at 02:00, which means you will get your extra yellow bar at 10:00 till 12:00
