Being that Nebular is premium with an amazing post to thanks count ratio, I think your chances are pretty good that it is safe. But as always you use this at your own risk, if you're really concerned you should try it in a Windows virtual machine first.

the speed buff option is great and since its client side(as mentioned by saweet), i hope its one of the first things that can be explored

This is complete bypass, NOT some kind of "downgrade".It brings down all GameGuard's security measures (rootkit,Tychoon AV,client process protection,CRC checks,API hooks,and so on).This is also not a direct hack, running game with this program will not make you Godlike in the game.You have to make/search for bots/cheats by yourself. It only removes game process protection and thus allows you to:
* Use any kind of packet sniffers (WPE,...)
* Use any kind of scripts or pixel/memory based bots (AutoIt scripts,...)
* Use any kind of memory-based hacks (UCE, Rev.Engine,...)
* Attach a debugger to client process
* Run unpacked or modified client exectuable
* Avoid all common errors related to GameGuard

Sheik_gray please just go learn some auto it and you can easily make a simple pixel search bot in about 30min. Dont expect everything to be given to you on a silver platter.
