Don't do it on the same PC, it's bannable that way. If you run it on another PC via VPN it's 100% undetectable.

my pc 2 ip (where rada is available) is the same pc 1 ip on is the pubg have any problems?

That should be fine, as long as the cheat isn't on the PC you're playing PUBG on.
