Glad to hear you are trying to balance the chin
BUT instead of editing the skills..consider 4 mastery and 10-20% Dmg buff
thats how Sro-R is balanced and how other private servers balance chinese..
while editing the skill so many things could go wrong
either it will be over powered, still too weak, or cause some kind of bug..

and dont forget the elixirs and potions stacks !!
elixirs should have 250~10k stacks
and potions 5k~10k stacks
stones and pet potions too
