Have you sorted the issue ? I have the same problem.

Solution fix by B1Q
Changing <? to <?php did the trick across the pages. For some reason I couldnt enable
set short_open_tag to On ..

host; I've tried localhost as well to no success. For serverIP; I tried using the official ip address 192.168.1.11. Same issue. Each modification; I exit wamp then relaunch.

Fixed thanks to B1Q. After installed [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] as my php version is 7.2.14.

Use a linux Server for website, windows sucks.
