No, you're not. Based on grammatical and spelling mistakes you've made right at the opening post which are plain obvious and anyone with basic English skills could point at, you're not American! so why would you lie about your nationality?
I know we all make spelling mistakes all the time but the grammatical structure of some of your sentences is straight up bad and out of place.
Nationality means nothing when it comes to programming but if you're trying to convince people to join your server you shouldn't lie to their face.

Anyway, decent server at best. Would consider joining in.

When somebody tells you he live in the us does not mean he was born there! Anyway we are not here to judge each others gramers mistakes, even us presidents make mistakes when they are giving speeches!!
