There are lots of tutorials on how to unpack an exe on the internet. Your biggest challenge is finding out what KIND of packing was used on it. There are several.

Google is your bestest friend.

OllyDbg is not an editor. It is a debugger. Those Googled tutorials will tell you how to use it.
