Process delete database:
1.delete all linked servers.
2. restart mssql server.
3. delete all database.
Further normal process of recovery of the database of backups and creation of linked servers. That there was no error on transaction when deleting the database.

Not everything is so simple during removal of data, some of them demand the sequence.
For example:
To clear the table (DELETE FROM AT_Community.dbo.tbl_GuildInfo), it is necessary to clear at first Craft_logs of guilds ([AT_Community]. [dbo]. [tbl_GuildCraftWorkLog]) then to clear ([AT_Community]. [dbo]. [tbl_GuildCraft]) and will turn out to clear only after that primary table.

It may encounters errors or missing table-structures.

thanks i looked into it and this is whats inside EventMapInfo.ndt, when i go to northern Europe where santa villa is but theres no NPCs or Portal to santa villa there? GOONZUWORLD works ok. but not santa villa.

Possibly it because of limits, try to remove them. At me Santa Villa isn't started at all, I can't check.

Doesn't clean up. It is easier to make 2 scripts, to allow one the rights of GM, the second to cancel.
