I'd suggest not to put enchants at all (just power lapisias for shine who likes), why? you will get to situation of non balanced pvp, it's going to be burst down pvp with healers last standing because they are unkillable. Better put ele lvl2 than enchants, because its not applying direct damage on the stats. But if you want real old school pvp no enchants no ele 2.
