Ever heard of Google? They have a search engine which looks through websites and indexes their content. It also provides a web interfaces for end users to use their database, maybe you can find something useful there.

Thank you very much, you may have noticed that python is not only used by metin2, I wanted 123klo to be somehow specific to avoid learning unnecessary things.
