Well it doesn't work for me (EUW/English), tried to create Ahri, Ahri Senpai etc. but always got message about summoner name taken

The download no longer works for the current version of LoL (at least on NA).
I tried very obscure names like Eoiolf321 which aren't even taken with regular characters, but always returns "summoner name taken" msg.
