hello, i got banned during soapbox banwave i guess, 6 months ban no, didnt appeal. I also wasnt banned before, what do you thin are the chances of getting unbanned, also why do you have not a single tbm?

Hello! Sorry to hear about your ban. Given your previous history, it might be a bit harder to overturn such a case, however, surely not impossible, but we cannot promise a 100% success chance.

As for the TBM, we don't really ask our customers to post feedback, unless they want to. We have asked a some in the past, they said they will, but they never did so... I guess it works both ways to be fair, we don't have solid feedback per se, but we don't have a single bad one either, and I'm sure if we were to be anything less than professional and serious, people would've taken the time to post that on the forums.

Got perma-banned in a ban wave few days ago... but after 2 very professional and honest written tickets I got unbanned today. Thanks a lot for your help and fast service. :)

Was Banned from League for alleged Scripting. Just 1 Day out of the Blue they told me I am banned now I tried to speak to them they refused to give any context.

Do you think there is any chance you could help me
