Im pretty sure you cant even store premium stuff on guild bank like Blessings, Cloaks, Scrolls or Power ups. It doesnt work atleast on EU Flyff

Well thats actually possible if u put the items on f1/1/A1 and have (lets say 3 stack upcuts) it shows 297

There multiple events that brought Ramps in clockworks.
1st event snow my god +13 candycane gave 3 R amps.
2nd event secret drop event look in wikipedia list and you see 1day R amps.
dunno if there were more but these are the ones i know of.

They might look suspicious. But your not doing your homework MuranoPerins and just shout everything to make them look bad. I'm not sure if those R amps were tradeable but they are around in clockworks.

I said before it's Qamps or Ramps, as you now there is not R amps on CW so we will not give you Ramps but Qamps dupped since the start of the servers with the evenements.
