Everyone will be starting over with fresh new accounts? That's the plan, if it doesn't happen that way there won't be a level of field. (Balance issues)
Will the added 6th skill slot remain on all cars? Every car will have 7 slots, 6 for disposable skills(nos duration etc) and 1 for static effects.
There won't be a pay2win concept, I'm not a greedy bastard. It will only be pay2getyourcarriced.
If I do that it won't be a free2play and I'll be just like Vitaleks, if I don't do that ricers will be mad. I'm gonna have to go with the path that's more suitable.
About the anticheat, you can see in my signature that I have written a multihack for NFS:W. I hacked it, I can make it not-hackable too.

I am not saying you are a greedy bastard, that was never even in my mind.
My point is, that your explanation is still a partial pay to win experience.
1-2-3 star green pro parts only in the shop, takes a huge amount of the game experience out of it.
Specially because most people prefer Blue, Red, and even Yellow, those as well as the 4 and 5 star parts of the all colors, they will have to gamble real money on and may not get them.
That is still a partial pay to win or be severally limited to ones ability to tune their cars to their liking.
This has nothing to do with you being a greedy bastard what so ever.
You deserve to earn money for your project, or else I would not be suggesting the P2P version.
What happens if not many people buy boost and are content with what they can buy for IGC?
That was my main concerns, it failed when EA did it, so a assume it will fail when you do it, even if the card packs give higher percent rates, many will just leach off of what the can get for free, not help support the server and may infact cost you money.
As you said, many did not even donate to you, and they have every single thing possible in the shop at their disposal.
Perhaps, go with your plan, and you will see how many buy boost, for the single player aspect of the project, I am willing to bet, not many will, simply because there is enough IGC items to make the single player aspect enjoyable, and frankly why would they not just use beta1.7 instead, because it is the same single player game, with everything available and no need to buy boost?
Once it becomes mutiplayer, who cares, if it then converts to P2P like Vitaleks?
It will guarantee that everyone who plays, has to help support the server.
Everything can be unlocked for IGC and the game will be much more attractive.
When EA converted most items to IGC, it clearly proved what I am saying is true.
I stand by my idea that boost failed when EA did it, and will most likely fail when you do it.
Most people will be content with what they can get for IGC and not even buy boost.
Disclaimer, I am not trying to claim to be right, I am simply going by the past, with EA's whole boost thing and a huge percent of the players never bought boost and was content with what they got for IGC.
So how on earth do you expect that concept to change, specially because you have said there will be much more IGC items and such?
As I said before, I spend huge amounts of time on the web and nearly everyone I have discussed this will, agree completely with me on the whole monthly fee, everything unlocked for IGC and the game experience would be the best it can possibly be.
Sorry for repeating myself I am just trying to make my points as clear as possible.

BTW, the 7 skill slots, is an awesome improvement.
