Thats exactly what we did aqua, the response isnt needed you're right so far, but its needed to refer the code
to the correct functions in order to start all systems that are needed to force a full start and zs_service_acceptor
is the last of them.
There are many things that has to be called instead if you want to get it completely working without the response.

Otherwise, a zone with a working response is also a nice idea, at least for that guy who wanna share it
but dont wanna give it for free :D
And at least there are some other "special" problems, yes we got the CN Zone but, did we also got
all other CN services?
Most of people only got the Japanese(i think its Japanese) Character (Login, World and so on) services.
But they didnt work exactly like the Chinese does and that results in bugs on user storage and a few other things.
So it doesnt really matter if the Zone works unless you got the complete right setup of files or the headache starts again. :D
