spreading such infos among other players will lead to the situation that someone WILL make these times public for everybody
and in that case it doesnt matter shit if you talk about via pm with somebody who knows such stuff
but w/e this will happen sooner or later and someone will fuck this whole thing up because he is too dumb to dupe his stuff without attracting attention because they are getting greedy :^)

I made this public because I was at this moment pretty sure I won't play on Tera EU anymore, so why not giving Gameforge a reason to fix their fucking Servers at least? I can even say that it worked imo a bit, the Server crashed at random times after they fixed this lag times, but the Server ping was somewhat a bit smoother at night shortly after. I don't know if there exist now still some lag times on Killian/NA Server, but I guess ure lucky like me when you found them.
