????where do you see me complaining? I am really happy BP start banning players and for sure they won't ban anyone for no reason or if they do it will be easy to unlock the account anyway...

easy way to fix: to go a lawyer is not that expensive,if you were indeed banned for no reason not only that you will be unlocked but for sure you can ask company for money or payment items because of moral damages(psychic trauma)

It is clearly stated in the general conditions that Bigpoint reserves the right to block any account at any time for any reason. They can say that they blocked you because they wanted to and, according to the terms that you were supposed to read, which you stated to have done when you created your account, they are right. You may sue them if they do not deliver a service that you paid for and that's exactly why they don't delete accounts, so they can prove that the service is being given. If you can't use those services because you are blocked, that's a different story.
