Just checked right now. Its 10x

its not means 5x, its means you get extra 5ap lol. Server ratios is 10x.

I may be able to mass translate everything by patching the package files.
I cannot guarantee this will work but i'll give it my best.

We already have the whole client package translated from English, Japanese, Chinese, and soon: Korean

If you're still instrested in translating the NPC conversations as they are purely Japanese from the server. You are more then welcome to. We are looking for a hardcore JAP -ENG translator that attempts to closely resembles one from the NA server.

You can leave your PM to me or Tom Sawyer (OP) and your previous works in translating.

So the rest of the text that needs translating is on the server? If you can locate the table file that contains the the text, you could probably just copy sections to google translate and the paste the translation back into the table file.
