[Complete Guide] How to cheat with Cheat Engine!

Joker? You know that this can break your server too if you dont plug in a better AC then Hackshield or XTrap...

And you know that this was also a tutorial for Lua modding too...

This COULD break our server, but you know, we'll server-side any sensible stuff so we can even leave the .luas unencrypted in the client opened to everybody since you can't still do sh*t.

It probably is, if you change the DLL name in both CE and the DLL itself.

So I made the cheat engine to work with gameguard. The process itself is stoping Gamemon64.des from working before the game is initialized. Works only on x64 as Gamemon64.des does not exists on x86 systems.

Status so far

Modify Chivalry mode - CHECK

Modify Mana - BIG NOPE = (too many codes remain with different values, changing one without changing the others causes freeze and force closure of x2.exe whenever i do it needs further experimentation)

Modify HP - NEVER TRIED = but will probably be the same like Mana, but probably not -1 since i'll probably die immediately or something since monsters die in the past when you put their hp as "" or 0 when data editing was still possible(im not sure though ill try later)

Modify Awakening - haven't tried will try later

BTW Thanks for reminding me about process hacker.

Doesnt work, I'm not getting the MP Address, always Addresses which are changing the values automatically and so on.

Is there a way to modify the speed of mp charge? or more mana per hit?

You need a multi-level pointer scan to find the mana address.

Btw. Cooldown hack works for me

I changed it but it the same dmg as before ingame , help pls :D

You can't directly modify attack value, since it's server-sided.
You have to modify the % of extra damage you have or increase the % of damage added from a buff.

After my "decreased value" scan I do 5th step with changing it into "Excat Value" and it makes my list of addresses empty. Why?
