Well, I'm sure he will answer to your reply now in here. Or else, I would be concerned.
I suggest everyone ordering from him to refund or wait to purchase, as clearly something isn't right atm.

Well, we don't know for sure. He hasn't replied yet. Even if you pay with paypal, if you have insurance in your credit card, go claim someone else did it and they might be able to refund it.

In addition to that. New ref seller/ no rep/ nothing to lose and posting extremely low price, very risky. Hence the reason I requested him to make them first to me, as I am somewhat more reputable here. He declined of course.

But like I said, maybe the refs haven't updated yet.
