Just make sure you uninstall the original CC.

And install cc57hbm_ht_sign.apk, Then clear HBM's.

Please follow the readme if needed.

You accidentally sent an invoice for 15CAD, not a payment. First make sure you actually send money in stead of sending a payment request. Also make sure it's USD not CAD.
