Is easy what to ask...
Ask them why they put admins and moderators, without knowledge of what they doing and with bad behaviour ?
They should hire them and make a contract, looking for people with great social in community and to do all for help, not only copy-pasted messages.
This things will make the game better, and user - support thing will be more cooperative and nice.
I know a person who got banned because of a video in palladium, which he didnt respond to some romanian admins attacks.. I can say there are a lot of noobs and man without character, only to harm other people.
