I just figured out my problem
Well, in step 3, after I launch the Nebular NoCRC the Folder CRC its not created..
I'm running win7, someone has to fix it please ;(

mb ur launching the wrong thing and thats y CRC folder is not creating))) Cuz I did it tons of time...everything is working)))

vouch this is working no crashes yet. also im able to use ce hacks with just the bypass with no crash for 30 mins (unpacked.6) csv vacing/skills/zoom all work as well.

Nope, I can make it work on my dad computer with windows vista!!
but i did the same thing in my pc with win 7 and its not running
