I have problems with them... Whenever I open any TCD it keeps crashing or not showing any names at all. I got an error message to contact you. Do I need some 3rd party drivers I don't have or what?

I believe fAtkRange in hex FF7E in decimal: 65406 and to make oneshots with AoEs u put fAtkRange and fBufRange both to 255

and bTargetType to 8 i think

If i try to connect, it says "client out of date", maybe u got a fix for that?
i also edit the date of the tcd, but nothing changes.

any bypass solutions?

I assume you are trying 4Nova, if so it's dead easy :P Have some tries by yourself, you will find out eventually, it is really not hard and you don't need any programs to do it there.
