This server wont go anywere, 3 leading staff members amongst myself have just quit, because of the lying behaviour of Mardu the server owner.

I think you can make a very good 9d server if you put your mind to it and have somebody to share the burden with.

since the beginning of all these fuss i knew Elysium didn't have the source code, even if they did they will have an old crappy nonfunctional source code.

also even if they succeeded to debug a client out of the source, i can assure you there client / server side will be full of shitloads of exploits which makes there server vulnerable to all kind of hacks server sided or client sided due to an old encryption methods and outdated packet sequences nonetheless the ability to bypass the gameguard.

if they really want to run a complete server, they really need to re-build there source code (they assume to have) from scratch.

*assuming they posses the old 2008 version of the source code*

and the worst thing is, some one curious like me has found in the old source the packet codes of some special things GMs can do

not sure if they changed those codes but im surely any client based on 2008 source i can alter packets to have some GM special tricks without even the need to have the client of GM.

Excuse my head but I won't read what packet hacking is because I've already got thoughts on what it could be. More or less. And since that thing involves in hacking, again, I doubt reading about it would be useful in my case. I'm stupid at I.T. I am just a user, not a developer. However I took part in a massive programming course but apparently it didn't work for me. I learnt what object orientated programming means, I learnt how to make a form application in C-based languages, I know how to put labels, buttons, group boxes, text boxes, masked text boxes, check buttons, radio buttons and progress bars on a form. After all I know how to make an application which tells you to go bang your mama (I'm saying it to no one, it's just an example) by pressing a button or checking a radio button. I can also make simple calculators (basics such as adding, subtracting, deviding, multiplying and square rooting) which don't require high mathematical knowledge because I'm stupid at maths as well.
I can make basic 2D shooting games. But that's all I can do. I can't get into a server and steal packets (lol) or w.t.f. Hacking is not for me. I don't know how to do it.
