I got the same problem as you now. Everytime I press F9 it says on the buttom that the access was denied so the unpacked client can't run.

I got a question if I charged AP will I get it as GC?

I mean if I charged 20k AP will I get 20k GC or I have to charge from s4league.com not alaplaya.net.

You will get AP then, not GC.
You always have to charge GC on S4League.com, not on Alaplaya.net
