purchased a boost from Gold V to Plat V. 2 months later I'm still stuck at gold 3 with over 100 games played. Since it was taking too long I politely requested a partial refund (around 40%). He hasn't responded after 3 days and I start to feel like I'm not being taking seriously. I just want the 'boost' to end. I'm sorry that it has to go this way.
