It is just going to work if in black market they open to sale the admiral cannon again if they dont this wont work, this is just a tool to buy automaticly not really a "bugger"

i dont get it, it sayes admiral cannons and kayes and its grows up the value number, but nothing happens in the account, what is supposed to happen?
another question is, can someone buy 1 pearl ice ammo or keys at blackmarket, i cant
