yes..he its scammer, i gived him 8euro *paysafecard* and i didnt got any vip, he used code and after that didnt answered anymore...i have proves (skype conversation, also mesages from Elitepvpers) dont trust him. i dont recomand this person!
i also have a printscreen from skype (when he shows me he is real owner of elitepvpers account)
