It's actually easier to complete it now since the files are released, but it's just not worth the effort

Yeah, but you forget that Zelos was kept being developed for 2 more years after the public version went offline, not to mention that the public version ran on a 256mb ram vps managed by a total retard :o

I haven't seen grindroad's source, zelos' code might not have been perfect but I honestly don't believe grindroad's was that much better (otherwise it would still be able to compete with the vsro files)

People haven't even done crazy shit with the files, I doubt they're going to do it with an emulator, it will simply not be stable enough to run anything of decent quality

Are you owner Grindroad?
I open thread to take attention of old grind players. Not your comments

Forums are made for people to express their opinions. If you want to pick + choose who talks and who doesn't, join politics

You don't seem to understand the point of a discussion board, at least I use decent arguments to back up my opinion, if you don't agree with mine, feel free to come up with decent arguments to counter it, in the meantime I suggest you wait a couple more years until you're old enough to join a real dicussion :)

emulators are more customizable than the official files cause of the easy access to the source thou

Who managed it? The poeple of Quibax?

Grindroad was very stable. The problem was mostly that the developer already had a pretty good job IRL and didn't have much time to work on it in the first place. When the official files got released, he set up his own server with official files (to keep the players), but he still didn't have much time to work on it, so the remaining players just went to other servers.
