I don't want to spoil anything....... But the EU server is live.

You can select either United states or Europe at the login screen.

Haha haven't really touched it all up yet, but yes its live and online. Will be posting and updating more on the site for the new server tomorrow morning. Have to head to work for now.

Downloaded the .rar, but I get a message that it has a trojan virus. Is this normal and why would it say that?

That's because the Conquer.exe is edited.

I am not sure... I have seen a lot of people saying the anti virus is giving them an alarm... And the answeres were: That's a false trojan like a fake alarm. Well my Anti-Virus isn't giving me any messages about the Conquer.exe :P

Yes. Conquer.exe is flagged for some reason. It is a false positive. You can read more about it on many of threads of servers. If you don't trust the file, you can download any 5017 client, and take the exe out and replace ours with it. I would do it for you, but kind of defeats the purpose. You will get the same message from any other exe though. The client that im using is from client download thread on epvpers, just has skins added to it.

I can confirm that Conquer.exe in patch 5017 is a false positive. It has to due with some algorithms they added to the source in preparation of their antibot update.

Some people can't seem to start it, or have problems getting it to work because of compatibility issues. Do you know what to do when this happends? So I can help get these players to fix it :D

It would depend on the error their getting when starting it. Can you post more details? May be a .net framework issue, or even c++ redistributable.

Im just waiting for the one guy to take advantage of ppl who belive its a false positive all the time. You know you can easily bind a rat (trojan) to an exe, right?

Yupp, but I don't see why anyone would infect their own players... Just hurting themselves in the end.
