Let me say this in advance, I haven't tried to hack this game myself, but seeing this game maybe I can give some info:
1. How to make my own trainer? http://reversing.s n o x d.n e t - There are MANY helpful tutorial, start from beginner to advance. Read and learn.
2. How to do teleport hack? I assume you already know some of hacking tool. The tip is. Find the address for your x.y.z location first. First, map the memory or you can do an unknown value search. Now move your char some step to the left, search for a decreased value then unchanged value. Move your char to the left again, search for decreased value then unchanged value. Repeat until you found the address. You got x value now. You can simply repeat the process for y value. Or, playing guess. Usually, xyz value are next to each other. So watch that memory value you just found. Move your char up, and see what decreased (or increased) value is.
After you know how to spot your position value right now, start going where you want to teleport. Look at the address you just found, save the value. So whenever you want to move to that spot, just changed the memory value to ... well, whenever you want to go. That's all.
