It rather is important to behave good - you can perfectly see this at Mods, they are respected person, though they most time did not release anything - and to release something either to a private group or to public.

I also did not play 2Moons since a long period of time, however, I'm working on a packet sender, and therefore I'm asking myself how you can bypass the timestamp check by using WPE Pro... But this is another story I do not want to touch.

ok this dun belong to topic but u can bypass the waitingtime in 2 methods

1.only work when u have a dynamik ip, I only need to switch my router off and turn it on again and i get a new ip (evrytime) dynamic ip ftw^^.
2.u can use a proxy, but use a proxy from your country and a proxy that have a low security rate if its high it send u over x servers to hide u and ur buffer speed will drop down liek hell.

Yes i can use proxy but when i use proxy my internet sux is very slow...
So better wait for limit :)
