That is Easy :)
You need only 3+ Speed Drugs and special Return scroll ;p
And now On and Off speed Drug when you have last Open FAST ! special return scroll

can u tell us more? :D

You can stack buffs too, but only max two at a time, it works at any Private server where you can cancel the buff (EXCEPT SUNWORLD)

sigh your all noobs instead of posting random ideas on how to do it follow this tutorial instead im one of em who does do it and im not an asshole about it so im sharing if you cant get this to work your not fast enough this is the way i do it dont complain

(edit) one big thing i forgot to tell if you wanna stack more than 2 just cancel the first on you used dont ever cancel any other one or youll mess it up

step 1: Buy 10 or however man you need just above 3 (drug of typhoon)

step 2: Use on of your drugs so you have it at your buff bar

step 3: go to any teleporter and have the destination choices up (ex. if your in Dongwhang you'll see Hotan and Jangan as choices)

step 4: oh crap i forgot a step you needa put the rest of your drugs on the #1 spot of the skill bar

step 5: when you at the destination choice window you needa right click the drug at your buff bar to cancel it and quickly spamm #1 while clicking teleport to jangan or hotan do this quickly in a sequence not at the same time cus thats impossible.

well thats the secret if you got it to work DONT FORGET THE THANKS BUTTON lol

oh and for those who do know it and didnt want me to share tough luck.

let me just get this straight, my english is not very good:

1. buy at least 3 speed buff scrolls
2. activate one
3. stack the rest and drag it onto the number 1 on the skill bar
4. bring up teleport menu
5. quickly debuff, spam 1 (activates your speed buff scrolls) and teleport quickly
6 something about understand quickly
