Yes, I will open the applications by PM IF I WANT to need a developers from EPVP.
Here the "programmers" are just kids which know how to write program with few lines and text like this:

Writing closerequest alone doesn't do anything, you need to click on the triangle near the online/offline status and write that you want to close for x reason. For reopen it, PM a mod.
Don't use rude language, i saw bans for less serious errors.
