Better than this is to make a Lag Switch. S4 will never detect it cause you'll be fiddling with your Ethernet cable. And yes this does work on S4 for a short period of time (not sure the exact amount of seconds) before you d/c.

I think this works similar to this. Just start the switch, everyone freezes, shoot them till their HP drops to 0, press the switch again and get all those kills.
