The reason of him referring to already known rules and explaining them (even when it has nothing to do with the thread) is because he wants to be "teh mod". Everybody knows it's annoying except him.

Some dude posted this on his "weirdly-edited" application. That's why he is using them, but I think he couldn't figure out that PyRoLeX was referring to signature rules.
