i wont ban them anymore,i to have a lot of egypt players and i respect them,but a lot of them play cheating and makes me verry happy, i saw a lot of servers with the egy banned,so i though its a usual thing or some like that >.>

Alot of ppl cheat not eggys only and yeah there r some servers which apply the egyptian ban thing like ACO but they also made a section where the foreigner can be unbanned if he proved the he can speak english fluently , but banning all eggys isn't fair .

i don't know anything about that tq stuff. all i know is they are binaries. so if you don't want any egy's on your server why don't you start with unableing them to create an account in the first place.

substr is kidna bad choise cuz it will cut the string to smaller, and if u have ip like 23.23 and IP like 123.123 its diff. lenght
use something like strpos instead...
or better is explode with dot and multiple array O_O :) << best solution I guess.

add some for and array with IPs inside.
oh and when some IT do the banning there is also question if we should be in banning matter or allowing only(default is blocked/banned)

i know it is unfinished, i never said i would give the whole working code.
this is fast maded.
just to give a little idea how to do that.
anyway i don't even think they would be able to finish it :D

besides i was using this code "parts of it" to see if ppl had 3 Accounts. so they where unable to make new ones after they reach 3.
and if i wanted to i would finish that php script but i don't feel like doing it :D

I am not gonna say english is neutral languade but its the mostly and most commonly used one. as far as for the server I am helping with there is in rules said to talk EN only on broadcast or with GMs. its penalized if not.
and trust me its not because either one of GMs first languade is english.
